Faces Quality

  • B – Virtually no defects. Permitted discoloration up to 15% of the place surface. Loose and open knots are allowed up to 5mm in diameter and up to 3 per m2.
  • BB – Permitted discoloration up to 70% of the plate surface. Loose knots and open defects are repaired with wood patches, which must match the color and direction of the wood grainin the surrounding area.
  • CP – Discoloration and repairs allowed without restriction. Bitumen repair allowed.
  • C – Open and manufacturing defects are allowed without restriction.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Changes in humidity may cause changes in the panels. In order to avoid such changes, it is necessary to leave expansion gaps between panels during installation. Wood is a natural material, meaning that a simple sample or photo does not represent the panels generality. Any claim is limited to the value corresponding to the defective panels only.
