Faces Quality
- B – Recommended for varnishing surfaces. Some small knots up to 6 mm diameter are allowed as well as a slight color variation. The color of the sheets on the same side must match.
- S – Recommended for painting surfaces. Some solid knots up to 20mm in diameter and others up to 10mm are allowed. Discoloration and a limited number of stains are allowed.
- BB – The quality that is most used in structures. Minor surface defects are repaired with birch sheet insertions and synthetic products. Solid knots up to 25mm diameter and others up to 6mm in diameter are allowed. Open joins and color variations are allowed.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Changes in humidity may cause changes in the panels. In order to avoid such changes, it is necessary to leave expansion gaps between panels during installation.
